2. Eligibility

You must be 13+ to create an account. If under 13, a parent/guardian must enroll you. Keep credentials secure.

3. SMS Terms

• Program: VITALITY Supply Notifications (powered by STTIL Solutions)
• Content: Inventory alerts only
• Opt-out: Text STOP anytime. Text HELP for support.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your supply status and settings (typically a few messages per week).
• Fees: Message/data rates apply.
• Consent: Not required for medical care.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the Services or violate laws. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

STTIL owns the Services. You get a limited license for personal use.

6. Disclaimers

Services are "as is." No warranties of accuracy or timeliness.

7. Limitation of Liability

STTIL is not liable for indirect damages, supply issues, or data loss. Max liability = fees paid in prior 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims from your use or violations.

9. Governing Law

Florida law applies.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
